At Wescreen we offer two different types of Civil record searches. Both are a vital part of Pre Employment Screening. For the Federal laws that pertain to Civil record searches see FCRA.

Countywide Civil Record Search - This is a search of Civil Filings in a single jurisdiction that you choose. These records do not include Small Claim, Property or Official records and the search is for the Upper Superior Circut and District Courts only.

(Coverage is all counties in the US)
